ESA Letter Florida is a service that connects Florida residents with licensed mental health providers practicing in Florida. We are not a law firm, a medical practice, or a mental-health clinic. The content on this site is informational and is not legal, medical, or mental-health advice. ESA letters are issued by independent Florida-licensed mental health professionals after evaluation.
Each evaluation is conducted independently by a licensed clinician. No site, including this one, can guarantee that you will receive an ESA letter. Promises of "guaranteed approval", "instant ESA letters", "ESA registration", or "ESA ID cards" are scams — we do not offer those products.
As of 2021 (DOT final rule), Emotional Support Animals no longer have accommodation rights under the Air Carrier Access Act. Airlines treat ESAs as regular pets. An ESA letter does not grant you air-travel rights.
We follow state law where you reside. For California, Montana, Arkansas, Iowa, and Louisiana, state law requires a minimum 30-day therapeutic relationship before an ESA letter can be issued. For Florida, FL Statute 760.27 requires the clinician to be Florida-licensed (or to have a prior in-person relationship). We comply with these requirements without exception.
Pricing is disclosed during intake. We do not bundle fake products or charge for non-existent registries.
If a clinician determines you do not qualify for an ESA letter, refund eligibility depends on the specific service tier you purchased; details are disclosed at checkout. Refunds are not available where the clinician completed an evaluation and made a clinical determination.
You agree to provide truthful information during intake. Submitting fraudulent information to obtain a housing accommodation may violate federal and Florida law and may expose you to civil and criminal penalties.
By providing your phone number and submitting the intake form, you provide your express consent for emotionalsupportanimal.com and its partners to contact you — including by automated dialing systems, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, SMS text messages, and email — about their products, services, and promotions. This consent applies even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may opt out of calls or email through our contact form. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
